The Corcoran Department of History and UVA’s Disability Studies Initiative present a roundtable discussion from three people working on disability history on Grounds: Ashley Heuser '20, Distinguished History Major; Nicole Schroeder Ph.D. candidate, Corcoran Department of History; and Christopher Krentz, Associate Professor of English and American Sign Language. Topics of discussion will include the impact of a disability studies lens in the field of history; the interdisciplinary nature of disability history; and future predictions for the field.
